THE YARD
Fully insured 12 stabled American barn, based on 19 acres of flat grazing all in the beautiful English countryside of Keynsham.
Beautiful American barn with six 12x12 stables and six 12x14 stables. Full lighting and secured with CCTV and alarm system, and owner on site. Secure tackroom, adequate storage space and full kitchenette area.
19 acres of outstanding grazing. Own hay/haylage made on site. All year round grazing (weather permitting in winter) and the option of 24/7 in warmer months. Individual paddocks with double lined 5ft electric fencing.
Use of grass, dressage and showjump arena on site in the warmer months and access to local sand arenas. Outstanding hacking around beautiful countryside and byways. Hot wash available at small extra charge to wash down horses in winter months.
